I,_____________________ hereafter referred to as the adopter, hereby agree that the animal described above is being adopted by me as a pet for myself and or my immediate family. I agree to pay the adoption fee/purchase price of $__________ and understand all money paid to Linda Harrison, Glidinglight is nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in this document.

Deposits and Purchase Payments
Deposits and payments may be made in the form of Cash, Check or Postal Money Order

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be made to hold your glider. I will put a temporary 7 day hold on your chosen glider while awaiting arrival of your deposit. If your deposit and contract have not been received by the 7th day, Glidinglight will place the glider as available again unless prior arrangements have been agreed on in writing by both parties. _____(initial)

All payments must clear before your glider is to go home. ____(initial)
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE to the purchaser should they decide not to get the glider for any reason. _____(iinitial)
All gliders must be paid in full by the age of 8 weeks unless other arrangements are made. Failure to pay by that time without a signed payment arrangement will result in forfeit of your deposit and all monies paid and the glider being offered back up for sale. _____(initial)
All gliders must be PAID IN FULL before they will be neutered (when it applies to pet only homes).____ (initial)
Guarantee of Health

Glider pick up
Unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed on in writitng, all gliders must be picked up within 2 weeks of their "ready to go"date. Should you miss the pick up deadline, Buyer will be charged boarding fees of $25.00 per week to cover fees incurred by Glidinglight in association with the care of the glider. After 14 days Buyer forfeits Deposit and all payments made and the glider will be put back up for sale. ____(initial)

First right of refusal
Buyer agrees that if at any point they cannot keep the glider, Buyer will contact Linda Harrison. ____ (initial)
Breeder retains the first right of refusal if the glider is not kept by for any reson by the purchaser. If at a later date the adopter is unable or unwilling to keep above-described animal he/she aqgrees to first contact Linda Harrison to buy back the pet at 50% of the origingal adoption fee or the current market value (whichever is less). If a refund is decided upuon, it will be noted in writing and Glidinglight will issue the refund within 90 days of the date refund agreement is signed.____ (Initial)
Should you find that bringing the glider back to us unmanageable, we will help you find a new qualified home for your glider. U*nder absolutely NO circumstances should the glider be taken to any animal shelter, rescue or humane society. ____(iinitial)
Special Rules
Buyer agrees to care for the glider in a humane manner and be a responsible owner. This includes supplying adequate and proper food, water. housing, attention, and medical care including yearly fecal checks for internal parasites and promp treatment by a licensed veterinarian for any illness or injury. ____(initial
