GUARANTEE
This is not an easy subject because once a baby leaves my care I don't have control. You must follow these instructions thoroghly for the guarantee to be honored. It is wise to find a Veterinarian who is experienced with sugar gliders BEFORE your baby arrives.
Within the first 72 hours you must have a wellness check and fecal float/smear. Sooner if you sense any signs of illness.
If there are any signs of illness that can be said came from Glidinglight I will cover the cost of any medications. A Vet report must be given or sent to me from the Vet. I will only make that payment to the attending Vet not to you personally.
Office visits or any other treatments such as blood work, x-rays etc will be the new OWNERS expense.
If you think your baby has a problem or is stressed it is YOUR responsibility to notify a Vet immediately. Calling me is not going to help I can not diagnose over the phone or internet!
All Vet bills for stress related illness are YOUR sole responsibility.
Your Glider must NOT be in contact with other animals during the warranty period. This will nullify the warranty if not followed.
This health guarantee does NOT cover the following:
Accidents, trauma, negligence, mistreatment, stress related illness or any kind of bacterial infection due to stress.
Illnes brought on by the environment, too hot, too cold, improper housing, sudden change in diet.
Death due to travel conditions, dehydration, heat exhaustion, or starvation.
Death of a glider within 72 hours. You will need a full necropsy and histopath at YOUR expense from a Veteriinarian experienced in sugar gliders. If death can be verified that Glidinglight is to blame a replacement will be offered. I will expect to have a full report from the Veterinarian. No cash refunds.
I can't stress enough the importance of having a sugar glider qualified Veterinarian lined up before you take your new glider home.
Yes gliders are extremely tough little critters and I don't expect any problems but better safe than sorry Be sure to inquire about after hours and weekend emergencies. A sick glider is so small that waiting a weekend may be too long.
